El Licenciado don José María Durán, vecino de esta Villa, como albacea de María Reyes, vende al Regidor don Francisco Sáenz de Santa María, vecino de esta Villa, una casa de rajas ubicada en la tercera cuadra de la Calle del Ganado, Barrio de Arriba, con la que hace frente al poniente y del otro lado casa que fue de los herederos de Pedro Muñoz y hoy es de el Presbítero don José Alejandro de Campo, por el norte linda con solar de la testamentaria del Teniente Coronel don José Antonio de la Pedreguera, al sur linda con solar de la casa que fue del Capitán don Pedro Durán, y por el oriente que es su fondo con el de la casa de los herederos de don José Joaquín Morales. La vende por precio de 250 pesos.
