Ramón Granados, vecino de Jalapa, otorga que ha recibido de Domingo de Ochoa, como curador de los menores hijos de su hermano José de Ochoa, la cantidad de 300 pesos, obligándose a pagar dentro de 3 años, con causa de réditos del 5 % anuales, y para seguridad de esta deuda hipoteca una casa que tiene en la calle que llaman de la Amargura, inmediata al Calvario, linda al sur con las casas de Gaspar Carranza, al norte con la de Manuel Jiménez, al oriente con solar del común de indios de este pueblo y al poniente con la Calle Real del mencionado Calvario, obligándose a no vender o enajenar hasta que la deuda esté pagada.
