El Presbítero don José Joaquín de la Pedreguera Morales, vecino de esta Villa, revoca el poder que confirió a su hermano político don José Simón de la Portilla Cabello, y otorga poder especial a don Miguel de Arieta, Diputado en esta Villa del Real Tribunal del Consulado de Veracruz, para que en su nombre se presente en el juicio divisorio de los bienes de la testamentaria del difunto su padre, el Teniente Coronel don José Antonio de la Pedreguera, en el juzgado del Señor Coronel y sus Comisionados y en los demás que corresponda.
