Don José Miguel de Iriarte y Lezeta y don Juan Joaquín de Cendoya y Arizabaleta, vecinos de Jalapa, dueños y poseedores de la hacienda de labor y trapiche de hacer azúcar nombrado San Cayetano, alias Pacho, en esta jurisdicción, otorgan que han recibido de don Mateo Badillo, como albacea del difunto don Fernando González del Campillo, Tesorero Oficial Real de las Cajas de Veracruz, la cantidad de 6, 000 pesos en dinero de contado en calidad de depósito irregular para tenerlo durante 3 años obligándose a dar el 5 % de rédito, y para su seguro pago hipotecan la referida hacienda de labor.
