Juan Pérez, vecino de Teziutlán, como principal obligado, y el Bachiller Don Miguel Pérez de Medina, cura beneficiado de Jalapa, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Masa General de la ciudad de Puebla de los Ángeles, 1065 pesos de oro común, de los diezmos de tres años, de los pueblos de Ixhuacán, Teziutlán y San Juan Xiutetelco que se agregó a la doctrina de Jalacingo; los cuales corren a partir del 1 de enero de 1695, a razón de 355 pesos anuales.
