Don Clemente Couso, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga que se constituye en fiador y principal pagador de don Francisco Ángel del Camino, Administrador de Rentas Reales en este pueblo, quien dará buena cuenta y razón con pago del producto del derecho de pulperías que debe recaudar, y en caso de no hacerlo, el otorgante lo hará de su propio caudal, en pago de contado y como se lo señalen los señores Ministros de la Real Hacienda.
