Don Rafael Francisco de Salazar, actual Mayordomo de la Archicofradía de esta parroquia, otorga que recibió de don Carlos Díaz y Herrero, hermano de la Tercer Orden del Convento de San Francisco, la cantidad de 165 pesos en dinero de contado, que pertenece a la obra pía que mandó fundar doña Isabel Fernández de la Calleja, los cuales se obliga a tener en depósito irregular por tiempo de 2 años, pagando 8 pesos y 6 reales de réditos anuales, dando por esta deuda hipoteca de una casa de cal y canto que dicha Archicofradía posee en la calle de San Francisco de Paula, deslindada en esta escritura.
