El Licenciado Diego Martín de los Reyes, Cura Presbítero de dicho pueblo, hizo compra a censo redimible de 3 fincas y de sitios de tierra, nombradas ingenio de Tenampa, trapiche de Nuestra Señora de la Concepción, y el molino de Río Frío, por lo que a través de la presente otorga poder a Juan de Escalona Matamoros, y al Bachiller Miguel de Escalona, para que se presenten ante las autoridades correspondientes y pidan el saneamiento de dichas tierras, y pueda él pagar la escritura con obligación de réditos de 7, 000 pesos contenidos en dicha escritura de venta e imposición.
