Don Diego Leño, Regidor perpetuo del Ilustre Ayuntamiento de esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don Francisco Almirante y Lamadrid, del comercio de la Capital de México, para que en su nombre otorgue escritura de fianza por cantidad de 2,000 pesos a favor de la Real Hacienda y a disposición del Factor de Rentas de Valladolid, Vicente Domínguez, por los intereses que don Manuel Antonio Palacio, Administrador provisto de Rentas de San Luis Potosí, ha de administrar independiente del ramo del tabaco, como lo son pólvora, naipes, azufre, papel sellado, salitre y demás ingredientes de la Real Hacienda.
