Don Atanasio Méndez de Quiñones, vecino de Puebla, a nombre propio y en el de su hermano don Francisco Méndez de Quiñones, debe y se obliga pagar a don Miguel y a don Mateo Badillo, residentes de este pueblo, la cantidad de 10, 276 pesos y 3 reales, para el tiempo del despacho de la Capitana de la flota que se halla en el Puerto de San Juan de Ulúa u otro navío que se destine en su lugar para el traslado de los caudales a España o la Habana y en su defecto, de no publicarse dicho despacho se ha de verificar la referida paga el día 15 de marzo de 1766.
