Don Juan Mateo Juille, del Comercio de España y residente en Jalapa, exhibió escritura de riesgo otorgada por don Francisco Chicola, en nombre propio y en el de su compañía titulada Chicola, Albareda y Compañía, en la que consta haberse obligado a pagar don Francisco Díaz y Herrero, don Alberto Herrero y a don Pedro Moreno, la cantidad de 6,840 pesos que le suplió a riesgo de mar don Pedro de Sixtos, vecino de Cádiz. Por lo que el otorgante señala que a nombre de su padre don Pedro Moreno recibe de don Ventura de Peramas la citada cantidad, dando por cancelada la escritura.
