El Bachiller Juan Bernardo Díaz Mier, Josefa Díaz Mier, Antonia Díaz Mier y Mariana Díaz Mier, hijos, albaceas y herederos del difunto Domingo Díaz Mier, vecinos de Jalapa, otorgan que deben al Bachiller José Zavalza, la cantidad de 300 pesos que les prestó para la habilitación del trapiche que tienen en la hacienda del Lencero; cantidad que se obligan a tener en depósito irregular por 4 años contados desde el 1 de presente mes, reconociendo réditos de 15 pesos anuales, y si por consentimiento del acreedor mantuviesen este depósito por más tiempo, seguirán pagando y reconociendo los réditos, entendiéndose que esta obligación será rectificada anualmente, y para seguridad del pago hipotecan el trapiche, con sus cañas, mulas, machos y demás aperos que le pertenecen..
