Don Francisco Joaquín Moreno, del Comercio de España y residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, exhibió copia de escritura hecha en Cádiz el 16 de abril de 1776 en la que consta haberse obligado dicho Moreno a pagar la cantidad de 3, 400 pesos que le suplió a riesgo de mar don Sebastián Maltes, sobre 8 tercios número uno a 8 con la marca del margen de ésta escritura F M R, para cargarlos libres de enmienda y demás que pueda causar su embarque en capitanía y almirante, y entregar al acreedor; razón por la que el otorgante hace cancelación dicha escritura.
