Don Juan Manuel Velarde y don Luis Lavalleto, de esta vecindad, dijeron que habían convenido en hacer una compañía de intereses comunes, con inversiones adelantadas, pero que han surgido una serie de inconvenientes, por lo que desisten de hacer la compañía y el segundo se hace cargo de la casa y negociación, y el primero renuncia al derecho de dominio y propiedad de la casa y tienda para que la disfrute Lavalleto, y éste hipoteca la mencionada casa y tienda con la obligación de satisfacer los 2 000 pesos invertidos por Velarde, cuya cantidad ha de satisfacer en 2 años con el 5% de réditos, en los tiempos marcados en la presente escritura.
