Don Remigio Fernández, vecino de Veracruz y residente en este pueblo, otorga poder especial a don Manuel García Herreros, vecino de la Ciudad de México, para que en su representación siga el litigio pendiente en el Real Tribunal del Consulado de este reino contra bienes del difunto don Juan Agustín Cortés, y contra sus albaceas don Pedro Domingo Treto y don Manuel de Arzube y demás personas que con derecho deba, pareciendo en los Tribunales o ante las autoridades correspondientes y presente las documentación, testimonios y lo que le sea requerido, por lo que se le da éste con libre y general administración con facultad de sustituir.
