Don Pedro de Ortega, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, otorga poder especial a don Manuel Ramírez, vecino de Veracruz, para que parezca ante el Señor Intendente de esta Provincia y Ministros de la Real Hacienda a mejorar la postura que tiene hecha al asiento y fiesta de gallos de esta villa, por la que ofreció 25 pesos anuales, por tiempo de 3 años; haciendo las pujas y mejoras, acepte el remate, haga las diligencias que considere oportunas, por lo que se le da éste con libre y general administración y con facultad de sustituir.
