Don Antonio de Orduña Loyando, residente en el ingenio de San Pedro de Buenavista, hijo legítimo de Don Diego de Orduña, bisnieto del Conquistador Francisco de Orduña Barriga que vino con Don Fernando Cortés, dio su poder cumplido a Andrés Dallo, mercader vecino de la ciudad de México, y por su ausencia a Francisco de Orduña Castillo, su Mayordomo en el dicho ingenio, para que puedan cargar un censo de 14000 pesos sobre sus bienes que son el ingenio de azúcar San Pedro Buenavista, una hacienda de ganado mayor nombrada Espanta Judíos, con los sitios de estancia y una posesión de casas con sus tiendas, en la ciudad de Los Angeles, los cuales valen más de 230,000 pesos, sin muebles y menaje de casas.
