El Capitán Don Nicolás Flores Altamirano, residente en el ingenio de San Miguel Almolonga, dio su poder cumplido a Juan Leonardo de Sevilla, Procurador del Número de la Real Audiencia de México, para que en su nombre siga en todos y cualesquier tribunales donde convenga, la postura que hizo a las haciendas de Tenampa, La Palmilla, El Desplobado y el molino que llaman de Río Frío, según las condiciones de dicha postura y pida se le remate hasta conseguirlo en almoneda o fuera de ella. Y hecho el remate, otorgue las escrituras que le fueren pedidas, con las condiciones y la cantidad que contiene la postura.
