El Bachiller Antonio Mateo Ortiz de Zárate, Clérigo Presbítero Domiciliario del Obispado de la Puebla y vecino de Jalapa, como albacea y heredero de su difunto hermano don Mateo Antonio Ortiz de Zárate, Cura que fue de San Juan de la Punta, dice que en dicha doctrina y villas de Córdoba, Orizaba y Tehuacan, le quedaron debiendo a su difunto hermano varias cantidades de dinero, por lo que hace gracia y donación a don Marcelino García, español vecino de Jalapa, de todas y cada una de dichas dependencias que deben a su difunto hermano en los expresados lugares.
