Doña Ana Gertrudis Pérez Tovar, viuda de don Juan Antonio López, vecina del pueblo de Ixhuacán de los Reyes, jurisdicción de esta Villa de Xalapa, con poder para testar otorgado por su difunto marido, por la presente otorga su testamento bajo los comunicados que le hizo antes de su muerte. Declara que su marido murió el 11 de junio de 1804, con quien procreó a don José Mariano, don Juan José, don Manuel Rafael, doña Manuela Antonia, doña María Gertrudis, doña María Dolores y doña Bárbara López Pérez. Declara tener como bienes un trapiche y campo de caña, una casa en Coatepec y otra en Ixhuacán de los Reyes. En cuyo poder es nombrada la otorgante como su albacea y curadora ad bona de sus menores hijos, y don José Antonio García como curador ad litem.
