Don José Ignacio Pavón y Muñoz, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, residente en esta Villa, dijo que en virtud del poder general que don Ignacio Ampaneda le confirió en la Capital de México el 18 de septiembre de 1807, declara que ha recibido de don Mariano Ladrón de Guevara y Campos, de este comercio y vecindad, la cantidad de 6 000 pesos, cuya cantidad es la misma que el compareciente le suplió a Guevara por orden de Ampaneda, quien otorgó escritura de obligación el 26 de septiembre de 1807, en la que hipotecó una casa ubicada en la primera cuadra de la Calle Real, cuya escritura queda cancelada por la presente.
