Don Pedro Velázquez de la Cadena, residente en esta jurisdicción, en nombre de doña Juana Josefa de Orduña Loyando y Sousa, y Luisa, su madre, viuda del General Juan Velázquez de la Cadena, en virtud del poder que le dieron, otorga que ha recibido del General don Pedro Fernández de Santillán, Caballero de la Orden de Santiago, el ingenio del beneficio de hacer azúcar nombrado San Pedro Buenavista y hacienda de ganado mayor nombrado San Diego Espanta Judíos en la Ciudad de la Antigua Veracruz, propias de su partido que tenía en arrendamiento el General don Pedro de Santillán por escritura pública que otorgó el 9 de octubre de 1699 don Juan Velázquez de la Cadena por sí y en virtud del poder de la dicha doña Juana Josefa.
