Don Pablo Rafols, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, con residencia en esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don Felipe Vertemati, también residente en esta Villa, para que a nombre de él perciba y demande judicial o extrajudicialmente a Francisco Figueroa, de oficio sastre, el importe a que asciende la extracción de efectos que furtivamente hizo de su casa de comercio y por pedimento se halla en la Real Cárcel de esta Villa; haciendo para ello los escritos, querellas, pedimentos, acusaciones y todos los demás papeles, hasta convencerle de la culpa y descubrir el paradero de los bienes extraídos, y por último pida la corrección que aquel merezca.
