Don Ventura de Acosta, vecino de esta Jurisdicción de Jalapa y dueño del Trapiche de la Concepción, en la cañada de Naolinco, declara que compró al Capitán Juan Lagunas, un solar, cercado de piedras sueltas, que linda al oriente con casa y solar que fue del Capitán don Nicolás de Guevara, al poniente con casa y solar de Juan de Rivera, al norte con calle que va al rancho del padre Fray Javier y al sur con solar de los herederos de Melchor de los Reyes, mismo que posteriormente vendió a doña Catarina Lagunas, en la cantidad de 200 pesos, y como al momento de la venta no realizó escritura, realiza la presente declaración para hacer valida la venta.
