Doña María Ana de Lanuza y Riaño, residente en Jalapa, viuda de don Fernando González del Campillo, quien fue Tesorero Oficial de la Real Hacienda y Caja de Veracruz, dijo que ratifica la aceptación que hizo don Eligio de Ustáriz de la compra que en su nombre realizo don Juan José Larrio, referente a una hacienda de Labor nombrada Cuisillo, ubicada en la jurisdicción de Irapuato, la cual quedó por bienes de su difunto marido, por lo que otorga poder especial a don Eligio de Ustáriz, para que la obligue en el término de 9 años acabará de pagar los 27, 950 pesos, en que se verificó el remate de la hacienda y en el ínterin pagará los réditos correspondientes.
