Doña Ignacia [Polonia] de Ochoa, viuda de José [Antonio Ortiz] de Zárate, don Manuel de Benavides, marido legítimo de doña María del Carmen Ochoa, en sus nombres y el de sus hermanos políticos ausentes, don Francisco Caballero, marido legítimo de doña Manuela Ochoa, y de don Mariano González, marido legítimo de doña Ana Felipa de Ochoa, otorgan poder especial a don Félix Teixa de Senande, Oficial de la Dirección de la Real Renta de Tabaco y Secretario del Montepío de oficinas, para que se presente ante el Señor Oidor, Juez General de Bienes de Difuntos, donde deduzca los derechos que les corresponde contra las casas embargadas a Manuel de Ochoa, hermano de los otorgantes, como albacea que fue de su difunto padre, por lo que les corresponde como herencia.
