Sebastián Díaz de Acosta, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que fue casado con Sebastiana Pérez de Medina, hija y coheredera de doña Elena Pérez, de la que quedaron por bienes suyos, una hacienda de ovejas que se vendió y de lo que no se han enterado a los herederos hallándose proindiviso y pendiente su partición en el juzgado de testamentos, capellanías y obras pías, y respecto a que él ha puesto en estado de matrimonio a Francisco Díaz de Acosta, su hijo legítimo y de la mencionada Sebastiana, pide su legítima materna, por lo cual otorga poder a su hijo para que en su nombre demande, reciba y cobre de cualquier persona que con derecho deba su legítima.
