Don Manuel José de Micheo, vecino y del comercio de la ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, como marido legítimo de doña María Josefa Sáenz de Santa María, hija y heredera del difunto don Antonio Sáenz de Santa María, otorga poder especial a don Juan José de Oteiza y Vertiz, vecino de la Ciudad y Corte de México, para que en nombre del otorgante y su referida esposa, parezca en el Superior Tribunal y Juzgado General de Ultramarinos que reside en dicha corte, y tome traslado de las cuentas presentadas por don Miguel Ignacio de Miranda, albacea del referido don Antonio Sáenz de Santa María en los autos de inventarios de sus bienes.
