Don Tomás García, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, carga y se obliga a reconocer la cantidad de 500 pesos, sobre una casa que tiene en este pueblo, en la Calle Nueva, con la cual linda al norte y casas de Juana Núñez, al oriente con solar y casa de don Alonso Fernández, al sur con solar de don Antonio de Campo y el callejón de Quiñones, y al poniente con casa y solar de Juana Núñez que compró a Tomás Borro, obligándose a reconocer dicha cantidad con sus réditos que pidió al Síndico Bartolomé Salvo y al guardián del Convento Fray Gines de la Cerda.
