Nombra como albacea testamentario y fideicomisario a su hermano don Manuel de Zires, vecino de la Nueva Veracruz, y a don Tomás Antonio Franco, residente en esta Villa. Nombra como herederos universales a sus hijos legítimos. Tiene entre sus bienes un negrito esclavo nombrado José Doroteo.
