Don Simón Ruiz de Zorrilla, residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don Antonio Verdad, Procurador de Número de la Audiencia de Guadalajara, y por su ausencia a don Agustín Conde, para que en su nombre se presente en la Real Audiencia y en los demás Tribunales, en solicitud de las certificaciones y otros documentos que acrediten que el otorgante no tiene impedimento para restituirse a los reinos de Castilla, y conseguidas se los dirija, haciendo por ello los pedimentos, autos, diligencias, etc. judiciales que se requieran, por lo que se le da éste con libre y general administración.
