Miguel Gutiérrez, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, recibió de Bartolomé Salvo, Síndico del Convento de San Francisco, la cantidad de 100 pesos que dejó Benito Posadas, 100 pesos que redimió María Nicolasa de Torquemada , viuda de don Agustín Suárez y 200 pesos que redimió Pedro Domínguez, que hacen total de 400 pesos, de los cuales se obliga a pagar el 5% de réditos, hipotecando su casa que esta en la Calle Real de este pueblo, la cual linda al norte con el arroyo de Techacapa, al poniente con Paula Godínez, al sur Antonio Marín y al poniente con casa de Tomás de Santa Ana.
