Don Fernando Antonio Cenizo, cargador de la presente flota, residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, natural y vecino de Sevilla, hijo legítimo de don Antonio Cenizo y de Juana Francisca Balderas de la Cerda, dijo otorgó poder para testar en la Ciudad de México el 2 de mayo de 1716, pero dice no haber nombrado albaceas por ocurrir a este pueblo y a la Ciudad de la Veracruz, por tanto nombra como tal a don José Manuel de Arechaga y en Veracruz a don José Rodríguez de Guzmán y Cenizo.
