Pedro de Heria, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que su esposa doña Mariana de Arce Tovar y Gálvez, difunta, heredó de su madre doña Antonia de Arce Tovar y Gálvez, unas casas que están en este pueblo, las que vende a don Manuel José de Acosta, dicha casa hace frente por el sur con la calle que baja para la Ermita de Santiago y del otro lado el cementerio del Convento de Nuestro Padre San Francisco de este pueblo, por el poniente con la calle que llaman del Ganado y del otro lado casa de Pedro Bravo de Alarcón, por el norte con casa de las ánimas que les dejó Juan Rangel, por el oriente con un callejón y del otro lado casas del otorgante. La vende por precio de 700 pesos.
