Don Juan Martín de Aguirre, del Comercio de España y residente en este pueblo de Jalapa, exhibió una escritura otorgada por don Juan Garceran, vecino de Cádiz, por la que se obliga a pagar a don Pedro Felipe Venel, vecino de dicha ciudad, la cantidad de 696 pesos escudos de a 8 reales de plata antigua y 6 reales y medio, cantidad que ha recibido de don José Ventura Rubín de Celis, del Comercio de España, albacea y tenedor de bienes de dicho Garceran, por lo que da por cancelada la escritura.
