Don Lino Caraza Jiménez, vecino y del comercio de Jalapa, otorga que ha recibido 6, 000 pesos de don Juan de Bárcena, los cuales utilizó para completar la cantidad en que le vendieron la hacienda de San Miguel Almolonga, cantidad que se obliga a tener en calidad de depósito irregular por tiempo de 5 años que corren a partir del día 26 de Junio de 1790, obligándose a pagar 300 pesos cada año, y para el seguro pago de la duda hipoteca la mencionada hacienda de Almolonga y Rancho de Santa Cruz.
