El Capitán Don Nicolás Flores Altamirano y el Alférez Don Gonzalo Márquez de Acevedo, albaceas testamentarios de Cristóbal López de la Plata, con motivo de que dicho difunto quedó a deber cierta cantidad de pesos de procedidos de diezmos y desconocen los bienes que dejó, solicitaron al Capitán Don Sebastián de Mora y Medrano, Alcalde Mayor de Jalapa, se sirva mandar se haga el inventario de los bienes de Cristóbal López de la Plata. Vista por el Alcalde Mayor esta petición, mandó se hiciese el inventario ante Don Cristóbal Rodríguez de Prado, escribano real.
