Doña Petrona Nolasco de Zárate y Sandria, mujer legítima de don Antonio de Noriega, de quien tiene licencia expresa, debe y se obliga pagar primeramente al Licenciado Carlos Suárez, Teniente y Cura de esta Doctrina, la cantidad de 120 pesos, que redimió don Gabriel de Arteaga, quien los reconocía a censo redimible sobre su casa en este pueblo y pertenecen a la obra pía de misa, y al Reverendo Fray Antonio Juvera, de la Orden de San Hipólito Mártir, la cantidad de 300 pesos, que también redimió Gabriel de Arteaga, pertenecientes a la obra pía que fundó doña Petrona Josefa de Castro, en el periodo de 3 años, con el 5 % anuales, a las iglesias o personas que por ella fuere.
