Doña María Antonia García de Mendoza, viuda de don Matías Callejo, vecina de la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, dijo que ya tenía dictado su testamento en aquella ciudad, en donde su hijo el padre Pedro Callejo había hecho renuncia a favor de dicha María Antonia, pero ahora, por vía de codicilio, otorga que se aparta de la renuncia y declara que de la cuenta que tiene don Ignacio Muñoz, quien tiene a cargo el manejo de la casa del otorgante, se le darán al referido padre la cantidad en liquido de su importe.
