El Capitán Antonio Vázquez Ruiz, vecino de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a don Joaquín José Guerrero y García, Procurador de la Real Audiencia de México, para que en su nombre proceda a otorgar escritura de venta de una casa que vendió su esposa, doña María Antonia Álvarez de Guitián, al Bachiller Manuel de Obregón, Clérigo Presbítero Domiciliario del Obispado de Valladolid, por la misma cantidad, calidades y estipulaciones que dejó ajustadas su esposa, cuya casa sita en el paraje que llaman Buenavista al Barrio de San Cosme en dicha Ciudad de México.
