Don José Gutiérrez de Cubas, vecino de Veracruz y residente en esta Villa de Xalapa, dijo que el difunto don Andrés Lucas de Pierredonda lo nombró a él y a don José Carral, como albaceas y herederos; y para que tenga efecto lo referido otorga poder a don Pedro Castellanos, para que con dicho Carral, acepté los cargos de albacea y heredero con beneficio de inventario, y en consecuencia procedan a cumplir la testamentaria pareciendo en juicio ante las autoridades correspondientes.
