Don Carlos Díaz y Herreros, Regidor Decano y Alguacil Mayor de esta Villa, apoderado del licenciado don José Antonio del Cristo Conde, Abogado de la Real Audiencia de esta Nueva España y Asesor del Real Tribunal del Consulado de aquella plaza, dijo que su poderdante como marido de doña Anna María de Lanuza, tutora y curadora de sus hijos, entregó a don José Miguel de Iriarte y Lezeta y a don Joaquín de Cendoya Arizabaleta , vecinos de esta Villa, en depósito irregular 4 000 pesos, a cuyo seguro hipotecaron su Hacienda y Trapiche San Cayetano, alias Pacho, y por cuanto Iriarte y Cendoya se han separado de la compañía que tenían sobre la mencionada hacienda, quedando Iriarte como dueño absoluto, consiente siga el depósito a cargo de dicho Iriarte en los términos que establecieron.
