Don Diego González de Astudillo, vecino de Jalapa, presbítero de este obispado, por el cual dispuso que su cuerpo fuera sepultado en el entierro que tiene en el Convento de San Francisco de Jalapa; que los 100 pesos de limosna para el retablo de Santo Ecce Homo, contenidos en su testamento, los gastó en la capilla de Jesús Nazareno de la iglesia parroquial, y que su esclavo Francisco, mulato, de 20 años de edad, en dando 200 pesos de oro común, quede libre, sirviéndole esta cláusula de título de libertad.
