María Lobato, viuda de Francisco Martínez de Vélez, hijo y heredero de la difunta doña Rosa Fernández Velasco, y como tutora de los bienes de su menor hija María Josefa Martínez de Vélez; junto con Miguel Martínez de Vélez, hijo y heredero de dicha difunta, otorgan poder especial al Licenciado don José Hernández Vidal, Abogado de la Real Audiencia de México, para que venda un trapiche de hacer panela en tierra caliente, hipotecado por una dependencia en 600 pesos y una casa en Teziutlán que está ejecutada por el Provisorato de Puebla, a pedimento del cura de Teziutlán, en 400 pesos de un principal que tiene sobre la virgen de la Concepción y 200 pesos de créditos caídos, bienes que dejó dicha difunta.
