El Capitán Don Claudio Teodoro de Ceballos, hijo legítimo del Capitán Don José de Ceballos y Burgos, difunto, su heredero, albacea y tenedor de bienes principal, por sí, y en nombre de sus fiadores el Alférez Diego Domínguez Muñiz y de Jacinto Méndez, vecinos del pueblo de Naolinco; Cristóbal de Zárate, vecino de Jalapa. Así mismo su fiador, se obligaron a que dicho principal, dará cuenta con pago de todas las haciendas y bienes que Juan Velázquez de Escobedo, Juez Comisario despachado de la Inquisición, le entregare hasta que dicho tribunal le mande devolverlos.
