El Lic. Don Juan de Bañuelos Cabeza de Vaca, beneficiado del partido de Jalapa, como principal, y el Capitán Don Antonio de Orduña Loyando, Alcalde Mayor, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de Los Angeles y al mayordomo de la masa general de ella, 85 pesos de oro común anuales por los diezmos de potros, becerros y becerras que se causaren los años 1661, 62 y 63, en la estancia de ganado mayor nombrada Espanta Judíos, situada en la jurisdicción de la Antigua Veracruz, propiedad del citado Don Antonio de Orduña Loyando.
