Fray José de Córcoles, hermano Mayor General del Hospital de San Hipólito, dijo que por cuanto Juan de Olivares, vecino del paraje de Perote, por sus enfermedades ya no puede seguir con la obligación de inquilino de una venta y rancho de Pinaguizapa, propiedad el Hospital de Perote, le dio facultad y su poder cumplido a Fray Juan Rodríguez, Hermano Mayor del dicho hospital, para que rescinda la escritura de censo sobre la venta y el rancho de Pinaguizapa que se otorgó al citado Juan de Olivares, Alguacil Mayor de Jalacingo y Teziutlán.
