Pedro Bravo de Alarcón, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga que se obliga a pagar 300 pesos a la Cofradía de Nuestra Señora del Carmen de esta parroquia, de hoy en 9 años pagando rédito de 5 % anual, cantidad que el otorgante quedó a deber a su amo don José Robledano y por su voluntad, éste lo obligó a pagársela a dicha cofradía. Como seguro de la deuda hipoteca un potrero en la jurisdicción de Chiltoyac y media caballería de tierras que esta a su linde, que lindan por el norte con tierras que eran de Manuel José de Acosta, por el poniente con tierras de La Estanzuela, por el sur con tierras del Castillo, y por el oriente con Barranca de Sedeño.
