Don Domingo Franceschi, don José María de Goiri y don Fernando González Pacheco, de este comercio y vecindad, dijeron que en el Juzgado del Alcalde Ordinario de Segunda Elección, se sigue causa criminal contra Antonio Cano, Maestro de Sastre, en virtud de queja que interpuso el cirujano Juan [del] Castillo por haber ido a su casa en solicitud del francés Carlos Canel, en la que después de varios trámites y recursos interpuestos por el reo, se ha mandado ponerlo en libertad bajo fianza, que otorgan los comparecientes, quienes se constituyen como tales fiadores.
