Don José Manuel de la Fuente Capitán del Regimiento de Infantería Provincial de las 3 villas, vecino de la Villa de Xalapa, otorga que se obliga a dar los días 1 de diciembre, durante 3 años, la cantidad de 4, 205 pesos, por tercia de 12, 615 pesos en que se le remataron los diezmos de la cordillera de Xalapa, con el agregado de Ixhuacán de los Reyes, a favor de la catedral de Puebla. Señalando como afianzadores de dicha renta a don Juan Bautista Guido, don Anastasio Cruz, don Fernando Muñoz y don Ramón de Osorio, y como abonador de ellos a don Francisco Javier López.
